Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We welcome walk-ins based on availability, but appointments are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and evenings. You can book online or call us at (770) 889-9889.

Where are you located?

Windermere Nails & Spa is located at 3775 Windermere Pkwy, Suite 601, Cumming, GA 30041 — in the Windermere shopping center near OneLife Fitness and Dixie Pet Spa. We serve guests from Cumming, Alpharetta, Suwanee, Johns Creek, and the surrounding north Atlanta area.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

What services do you offer?

We offer a full range of nail and spa services, including classic and gel manicures, spa pedicures, acrylic and dip powder enhancements, gel-X and structured manicures, nail art and design, waxing, and eyelash extensions. You can view our full service menu and prices.

How long do gel manicures and pedicures last?

Gel manicures typically last 2 to 3 weeks without chipping when properly cared for. Gel pedicures generally last 4 to 6 weeks, depending on growth. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and wearing gloves for cleaning to extend the life of your polish.

Do you sanitize your tools between clients?

Absolutely. Client safety is our top priority. All metal tools are hospital-grade sterilized between each guest, and disposable items (files, buffers, pedicure liners) are brand new for every appointment. We follow all Georgia State Board of Cosmetology sanitation standards.

How much should I tip my nail technician?

Tipping is always appreciated and at your discretion. A standard tip for nail services is 15% to 20% of the service total. You can tip in cash or add it to your card payment at checkout.

Can I bring my child with me?

Yes, well-behaved children are welcome. We also offer mini-manicures and mini-pedicures for guests under 10. For everyone's comfort, please supervise children at all times during your visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a fee. You can find full details on our Booking & Cancellation Policy page.

Do you accept gift cards?

Yes! Instant digital gift cards can be purchased directly on our website and are delivered to the recipient’s email immediately — perfect for last-minute gifts, birthdays, and holidays. Physical gift cards are also available in-salon. Purchase a digital gift card here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. Tips can be added to your card or given in cash.
