Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Windermere Nails & Spa, we are committed to providing a relaxing, on-time, and professional experience for every guest. To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect the time of our technicians, we kindly ask that you review the following booking policies.


Appointment Reservations

• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
• Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
• Payment is processed in-store after your service unless a cancellation or no-show policy applies.

This allows us to reserve dedicated time specifically for you.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the scheduled service total may be charged.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total may be charged.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Late Arrival Policy

We understand that traffic and life happen.

• Guests arriving within 10 minutes of their scheduled time will typically receive their full service.
• Guests arriving 10–20 minutes late may have their service shortened or adjusted to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.
• Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

Our goal is to respect every guest’s appointment time and maintain a smooth, relaxing environment for all.


No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not contact us, the full service amount may be charged to the card on file.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.


Group Bookings

For group appointments or parties, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit terms will be explained in advance and applied toward your total service amount.


Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability. However, scheduled appointments are prioritized to ensure timely service.


Service Adjustments

If you are running late or request changes to your service upon arrival, we may need to adjust or shorten your appointment to accommodate the schedule. Our team will communicate options clearly to ensure the best possible experience.
